Whenever a concern has come up, they are quick to act and address the situation. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the extra amenities. Some of my favorite amenities are the HUGE fitness center and the awesome dog wash. 🧼 🐶 I love that they have this dog wash because most times when you live in an apartment they almost make you feel guilty for having a dog, here I feel like they embrace it and support it! Thank you for reading this review and promptly sending a detailed email to the community to address these concerns. ** END UPDATE This is a nice place and in a nice area, and we've enjoyed living in the new apartments that just went up last year, for the most part. The amenities are nice (pool, hot tub, clubhouse, gym, wifi), and it's cool how they do a lot of events for the residents. Putting in a maintenance request and getting problems addressed has been easy (common with new apartments) -- the maintenance is good. However, there's a couple things that I think management could address. First of all, this property is advertised as a non-smoking property and every resident signs a non-smoking addendum. I've seen a lot of cigarette butts and boxes around the main lobby doors and around the property in general. The main lobby, elevator, and even hallways reek of smoke on a daily basis. I've complained to management about this, but it seems like their solution is to have the maintenance guys pick up the cigarette trash instead of reminding the residents via email or posted signs that this is a non-smoking property. I've seen no such announcements, so I doubt the smokers have either. Secondly, the hallways and stairwells inside the buildings never seem to be cleaned. There's often trash/crumbs that just accumulate. The valet trash rules don't seem to be enforced, as residents leave trash in the hallways that is either during non-collection hours or not within the valet trash requirements. This results in the hallways smelling of garbage. I get that you can't force people to do things, but you can remind the community of the standards, and that is where I'd like to see an increase of effort from management. Who likes to walk past a bunch of unsightly trash and smell cigarette smoke all the way from the main lobby to their apartment? Overall, the property has the potential to be excellent, but the things I mentioned above are below expectations for what I'd expect from a higher end place like this. For me, that's the difference between 5 stars and 3.5 stars in terms of getting your money's worth.
